Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! It's perfectly located near the Fulton subway hub, making it super easy to explore all of New York's sights. We also had a wonderfully spacious room with a lovely decor and Nespresso machine, which was a nice touch during our stay with my mother.
My kids wished there was a fun play area for them to enjoy during downtime.

I loved the modern decor and the calming water feature at the entrance. it really set a nice vibe. The spa services were amazing, and I enjoyed lounging by the pool every afternoon. I did experience some noise from neighboring rooms late one night, but overall, I’d totally recommend this place! 🌟

I had a great time exploring New York City with my family. The location was perfect, being close to many attractions and great eateries. The room was beautifully appointed with modern decor and had a luxurious shower, making our stay very comfortable. However, the room was a bit small, which is typical for NYC. It would have been nice to have more seating space to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The staff at Artezen were remarkable, offering personalized guidance on local dining options and ensuring I felt comfortable during my stay. The room was well-appointed with modern decor, and the bed provided an exceptionally comfortable night's sleep. With a prime location near tourist attractions and a superb rooftop bar with impressive views, it exceeded my expectations for a business trip.
Rooms are quite small with limited seating.

The location was great near many restaurants and places for coffee. I enjoyed the nearby food emporium that offered a variety of Italian delights, which reminded me of home in Italy. The convenience with subway links allowed easy access to various attractions. The kids loved the performance we attended, which was a highlight of the trip.
There was some noise from neighboring rooms, which was disruptive at night. I had to call the front desk multiple times but the noise persisted. The staff did not offer any form of compensation for the inconvenience, which was disappointing.

It was a smart choice for a short stay in New York with good value considering the price it charged. The staff was very helpful and made our check-in smooth despite arriving late. Bring your own cups if you need them, as the ice machine didn’t have any available.

We stayed for 4 nights in a spacious Deluxe Queen Room, and the location was perfect for exploring NYC. We visited Carnegie Hall, where we appreciated the rich musical culture and learned about the impact it has on aspiring artists. The staff was incredibly helpful, making our stay enjoyable.
My kids wished for more options in the children's menu at the restaurant, as it lacked variety and kid-friendly choices.

The pool area was a great spot to unwind after a long day, and the lounge had a lovely vibe for relaxing. Just a heads up, the sound insulation wasn't the best—I needed earplugs to sleep, but it didn’t ruin my time. 😊
